The company has acted as the local partner to some of the world’s largest institutional funds and property investors. MMG sources local retail property investments for leading global investors and provides ongoing support by offering a wide range of asset and property management services from asset acquisition through to exit. In the past, MMG has worked with such partners as Marcol, and Europa Capital, DRFG as well as in a joint venture with Blackstone.
MMG has developed, acquired, managed and divested a portfolio of high-quality retail properties of over 500,000 sqm GLA. Currently, MMG manages 135,000 sq m of retail and mixed – use space including Brama Mazur in Ełk, Galeria Niwa in Oświęcim and retail centers in Poznań, Szczecin, Lubin, Kutno, Ciechanów, Piekary Śląskie and Józefosław (MMG Centers*). The flagship project in MMG portfolio is Hi Piotrkowska, the 34,000 sqm GLA new landmark mixed-use building in the center of Lodz. The company is also developing three dominants in their regions mixed – use concepts in Kołobrzeg, Legionowo, Zawiercie and unique park outlet in Łomna near Warsaw.
