The latter is awarded to buildings that enable owners and managers to take the necessary steps to prioritize the health and safety of tenants, visitors and staff. In addition, Skanska's new investments in Poland have the "Object without Barriers" certificate, which proves that they are adapted to be used by people with special needs - including people with disabilities or parents with young children. The Skanska office company has been operating in Poland since 1997. We are present on seven markets: in Warsaw, Wrocław, Poznań, Łódź, Kraków, Katowice and the Tri-City.
