In 2019 Instant acquired Incendium Consulting Ltd, an independent corporate real estate consultancy. As part of The Instant Group, Incendium provides clients with real estate procurement, consulting, talent and change management programmes that enable organisations to use real estate as a catalyst of agility, performance and value. 

In 2021, Instant joined forces with Poland’s leading independent commercial real estate advisory specialist, Corees Polska. Through this partnership Instant and Corees provide strategic real estate advice to organisations across Poland that enable them to achieve lease and licence agility within their real estate portfolios; from individual office assets through to portfolio wide transformations both domestically and internationally.
