JLL selected as Property Manager for Karolkowa Business Park office building in Warsaw

Effective January 2015, JLL has been selected as Property Manager for the Karolkowa Business Park office building in Warsaw. The company’s responsibilities include establishing building set-up, good and effective tenants relationships as well as overseeing the scheme’s technical, operational, administrative and financial areas.

Karolkowa Business Park is a modern, class A office building that offers in excess of 15,000 sq m of office space and over 2,600 sq m of retail space. Furthermore, its visitors and tenants have 260 parking spaces at their disposal. What distinguishes this 11-floor building from others is its green roof top terraces that offer the opportunity for employees to unwind in pleasant surroundings. Moreover, the business park's application of numerous pro-ecological and energy efficient technologies potentially allows tenants to reduce operational costs. Karolkowa Business Park, developed by Asbud Group, was commissioned for use at the beginning of 2015.

The building is located in a dynamically developing office area of Warsaw - Bliska Wola - at the junction of Grzybowska and Karolkowa Street. The location is well-served by public transport, with several tram and bus stops in the vicinity as well as the metro station at Daszyńskiego Roundabout.
