A graduate of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and the European University Viadrina Frankfurt (Oder). He has an MBA from University of Szczecin. He is an originator of creating Invest in Szczecin and an initiator of many projects related to the modern services industry in Szczecin. Since 2015, as a Chief Executive Officer of Szczecin Metropolis Development Agency Ltd., he has been successfully positioning Szczecin as an important  player on the national and international arena in the modern services sector as well as logistics, e-commerce and warehouse industry. The organizer of economic events related to the city’s cooperation with Scandinavia and Germany.
