Magdalena Reńska joins Skanska

Due to Skanska Property Poland’s debut on the Tri-City market and the company’s dynamic development in both Łódź and Poznań, the company has decided to expand its leasing team. At the beginning of 2017, Skanska Property Poland appointed Magdalena Reńska as Regional Leasing Director. Magdalena will be responsible for the leasing of office projects in Region North.

Magdalena ReńskaMagdalena Reńska has 18 years' experience in the commercial real estate market in Poland. Prior to joining Skanska, she worked for many years as National Director at JLL, an international advisory firm providing complex services on the real estate market. She is the founder of JLL’s Tri-City team, which was led by her from 2008 to 2016. During her professional career, Magdalena has advised developers on selecting investment parcels, establishing functional concepts for office buildings and building commercialization. Furthermore, she also gained expert knowledge in representing corporate tenants during leasing processes. Clients for which Magdalena has worked with include Amazon, Sony Pictures Entertainment, KPMG, Bayer, Metsa Group, First Data, Wipro and numerous others. Magdalena will be responsible for conducting Skanska Property Poland’s lease strategies for office space located in three markets, namely Łódź, Poznań and Tri-City.

- This will be a busy year for us. We are planning the launch of Skanska’s first office project in Tri-City. As a result, we will be present on seven regional Polish markets. In addition, in 2017 we will be leasing office projects currently being developed in Region North – in both Łódź and Poznań – including the first phase of a new office park in the very heart of Poznań. It will be part of a completely new and open urban space. This is only a small part of our ambitious plans for the upcoming 12 months - comments Ewelina Kałużna, Leasing and Asset Management Director at Skanska Property Poland. - I am glad that Skanska’s team under my management will be further enriched with such a highly-qualified expert. Furthermore, every region will have a strong leader responsible for Skanska Property Poland activities. Marek Stasieńko is Magdalena’s counterpart in Region South, while Agnieszka Krawczyk-Rogowska is responsible for Region Central – adds Ewelina Kałużna.

Magdalena Reńska is also involved in academic activities. She participates in “Building Commercialization” - the innovative, post-graduate studies at the University of Gdańsk under the Faculty of Management, where she is also a university lecturer.
