He has over 17 years of experience in managing people and organizations. Andon has held various senior management positions in the IT field, and was named as Top Manager of the Year in 2020. He has a Master’s degrees in Telecommunications (the Technical University in Sofia) and in Economics and Business Administration (the University of Minnesota) and Global Executive MBA (the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration). A leader of the Bulgarian WU Executive Alumni community. A mentor at the Founder Institute. Lecturer at the Plovdiv University and a mentor for the youth association Innovation Camp. A former member of the management board of AIBEST.
