Andżelika Zarudzka

For over 17 years she has been closely associated with SSC/BPO sector. She has successfully delivered numerous projects related to GBS’s set-up and development in Poland and internationally. In 2019–2021 she was responsible for the creation, development and management of GBS’s Elanco Solution Centers in Warsaw and Kuala Lumpur. Currently she is building up a new GBS from scratch for the global leader in medical technology: Baxter Business Services. In addition, she specializes in the implementation of new ERP systems, including: SAP S4/ Hana. Andżelika focuses on continuous improvement of quality of the processes delivered and SSC model optimization, putting an emphasis on process automation and people development.
