Manages the Investor Assistance Center. She coordinates the BETTER JOB NOW program, which made Częstochowa the most innovative city in Poland in 2018 and is in the PFR Urban Innovation Database. Lecturer at Collegium Humanum- Warsaw School of Management, PhD student at the Faculty of Management at the Częstochowa University of Technology. She deals with cooperation with business, economic promotion of the city, commercial real estate, investment placement and employer branding – author of articles and publications in this field, personal development trainer and behaviorist. President of the “Passion for Life” Association.
