Since 2006 he has been associated with the HR  industry. Vice president of management board of Grupa Progres and President of the Group companies: Progres HR, Progres Permanent Recruitment and Progres Consulting. Originator of the “Set the course for HR” – human recourses management themed meetings, which integrating business,  science and local government authorities. Involved in key HR projects – member of teams influencing legislation in Poland and designing labor market 
regulations. He analyzes the world of recruitment and economy, shares his knowledge during conferences, debates and in trade newspapers and 
specialist periodicals. Recognized as the Manager of the Year 2019 by the Pro Progressio.
