Peter Ryan

Peter Ryan is recognized as one of the world’s leading experts in customer experience (CX) and business process outsourcing (BPO). Throughout his career, Peter has advised CX outsourcers, contact center clients, national governments, and industry associations on strategic matters like vertical market penetration, service delivery, best practices in technology deployment, and offshore positioning. As a much sough-after speaker, Peter has headlined multiple events around the world. He has also appeared frequently in the media, where he’s shared his unique insights into BPO and CX. Peter has a degree in Political Studies from the University of Saskatchewan and an MBA from Dalhousie University.
