Stephan Fricke is CEO of the German Outsourcing Association and the German Process Automation Association. In these functions he is concentrating on markets, trends and opportunities in working with external ICT and BPO service providers, in shared services and global business services, as well as in business process automation. He is also in
charge for several publications, including the Outsourcing Journal. He is working with companies on questions around market and communication and with public organizations to analyze conditions and opportunities in ICT in emerging economies.
