Alorica and Aer Lingus Celebrate Being Named a Finalist in the Best BPO Partnership Category for the 2023 European Contact Centre & Customer Service Awards

Alorica, in collaboration with Aer Lingus—the flag carrier of Ireland—is proud to announce being shortlisted as a finalist for the prestigious 2023 European Contact Centre & Customer Service Awards (ECCCSA). The two companies have been recognized in the Best BPO Partnership (Large category) for their joint submission, "Navigating Turbulence Together: The Resilient Partnership of Aer Lingus and Alorica."

This nomination is a testament to the hard work, dedication, and innovation of Alorica and Aer Lingus; and being honoured by the ECCCSA, renowned for its rigorous judging process, makes this recognition even more significant.
