Another edition of The BSS Forum and the Outsourcing Stars Gala! Join us in Tri-City

2022 brings the sixth edition of the international modern business services event organized by Pro Progressio. This year, much to the satisfaction of all local activists and businesses, it will take place in Tri-City. Most exciting of all, however, is the debut of the “My Work, My Growth, My Choice” Job Fair organized alongside the Forum and the Gala. Everything is scheduled for April 5-7.

The BSS Forum and the Outsourcing Stars Gala, scheduled to take place on  April 7, will center around key trends and challenges facing the BSS industry and ensure international networking opportunities for its participants. These events provide a professional and comprehensive platform for substantive discussions in the areas of business, sales, personal development, and HR. Nearly 400 guests from Poland, Canada, Belarus, the UK, Germany, and Georgia will take part in this special international conference held at the Courtyard by Marriott hotel in the city of Gdynia. The event will be held in Polish and English, with translation provided into both languages. The issues addressed will include: the Polish Deal, employment of foreign nationals in Poland, shared service centers’ optimization, modern sales techniques, the role of podcasts in business, the ‘Great Resignation’ phenomenon, ‘Scaling Up’, as well as potential locations for BPO/GBS centers. This year’s theme is ‘Wind of Change’, as both The BSS Forum and the Outsourcing Stars Gala serve to highlight the positive changes brought about by the modern business services industry. The historic Plenum space, one of the most stunning parts of the Gdańsk Shipyard, will host the Outsourcing Stars Gala. A truly spectacular event brimming with artistic performances will see an awards ceremony honoring companies that registered commendable growth in 2021.  

The Job Fair is scheduled to precede the Forum and will take place on April 5-6 at the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdańsk. It will cater to people looking for employment in the business services sector, including roles in: marketing and sales, IT, BPO and SSC, as well as legal or finance departments. It will also present an opportunity to listen to area experts and talk to business representatives present at the event. And it’s not just words – we’re welcoming nearly 40 exhibition stands, including an information stand for foreign nationals, where the process of efficient employment in Poland will be covered thoroughly. And finally, a complementary  chillout zone will be available alongside the business-oriented space, where participants will be encouraged to engage in more relaxed chats.
