DL Invest Group PM S. A. - a partner of the City of Katowice during the International Real Estate and Investment Fair MIPIM 2023 in Cannes!
As we have already informed, in this year's edition of MIPIM, the Katowice City will present its investment potential through the prism of partners carrying out their investments in the city.
One of them is DL Invest Group PM S. A. The investor has been actively operating in the commercial real estate market for more than 15 years with portfolio including three real estate segments: large-scale logistics parks, office and retail developments.
In recent years, the investor has completed the following mixed-use office and retail projects in Katowice: DL Piano at 43 Wrocławska Street with a lease area of 15,300 sqm and DL Tower at 138a W. Korfantego Avenue with a lease area of 11,900 sqm. The investor also plans to expand the projects with additional buildings.
The DL Tower office project was awarded a silver medal in the International Design Awards competition.
