DSV Solutions, a leading provider in the TSL industry, has decided to extend its lease of nearly 26,000 sqm of warehouse space at Panattoni Park Janki II. The process of negotiating the terms of the contract was supported by JLL experts.

DSV Solutions is one of the divisions of the DSV Group in Poland, which deals with warehouse logistics for sectors including: e-commerce, retail, FMCG, white goods, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications and electronics. With its professional approach and advanced technological solutions, the company guarantees its partners a number of improvements and subsequent savings. As part of its operations in the Warsaw region, DSV Solution has again contracted to lease space at Panattoni Park Janki II.

"We can sum up 2022 as a year of uncertainty. As a company, we took advantage of this time to introduce a number of new solutions that effectively support the development of our customers' business" - says Wojciech Cipiur, CEO of DSV Solutions. "The critical element remains the flexibility of our services, for which a properly calibrated network of modern warehouse locations is fundamental. Panattoni Park Janki fits in perfectly with our growth strategy in the Warsaw region" - he adds.

"We are currently observing a highly dynamic environment in the warehouse market, which translates into dynamics including falling vacancy levels and rising rental rates. Such circumstances are not conducive to concluding new leases, which is why we have decided to focus our efforts on securing attractive terms in the currently leased space of Panattoni Park Janki II. This is a proven location, which from the beginning, suited DSV Solution's strategy, and at the same time provided savings in adapting the facility to the tenant's needs"- comments Mateusz Iłowiecki, Director in the Department of Leasing of Warehouse Space, JLL.

Panattoni Park Janki II is located in the immediate vicinity of the S8 expressway, which is connected to the S2 expressway and national road No. 7. Such a location guarantees comprehensive access to the markets of both Central Poland and Europe as a whole. The warehouse park consists of two A-class buildings with an area of more than 32 000 sq m, which use modern technological solutions.
