DTZ advises on the sale of Libra Business Centre I

DTZ is pleased to announce on behalf of Mermaid Properties the sale of Libra Business Centre I in Warsaw. This ‘A’ class office building which was delivered in late 2012 is situated on the Jerozolimskie corridor in a prime location next to the WKD city rail and only 10 minutes drive to Warsaw Chopin Airport.

Libra Business Centre offers 16 136 square meters of rentable space and is built to an exceptionally high standard incorporating a high class GreenBuilding standards which promotes energy-efficient and high-output systems. The building is let to Canon, Infovide-Matrix, Azymut, Anwim and Mermaid. LBC I has been bought by an Austrian institutional investor fund who has recognised the quality of this prime asset as one of their first investments in Poland.
