Maciej Mędrek strengthens DTZ’s Retail Team

As of December this year Maciej Mędrek has taken up the position of Associate Director at the Retail Agency. He will be responsible for commercialization of retail properties, contracts negotiation, building and maintaining relations with tenants.

Maciej Mędrek has been working in the commercial real estate market for 8 years. He has acquired experience at Parkridge Retail Development, P.A. NOVA and Savills. He was responsible for commercialization and recommercialization of a number of retail schemes across the country, including „Blue City” in Warsaw (65 000 sqm of commercial space), „Sukcesja” in Łódź (46 000 sqm) and „Galena” w Jaworznie (45 000 sqm).

Maciej’s arrival is driven by dynamic development of DTZ’s Retail Team and the growing number of projects we are advising in. His experience and knowledge of the retail market will surely provide tangible support to our day-to-day operations and impact further development of our team, said Renata Kusznierska, Head of Retail Agency for Central and Eastern Europe, DTZ.

Maciej Mędrek holds master degree in administration from Wrocław University.
