A&H Jarczyński, a well-known Warsaw-based company operating on the restaurant market, has signed a lease agreement for 540 sq m of services space in the Jasna 24 office building. Experts from international advisory firm JLL represented the building’s owner – Tritax Polska No. 1 Fund Ltd investment fund – during the negotiations of lease terms.

Artur Jarczyński has been active on the Polish market for 25 years and runs numerous renowned restaurants in Warsaw such as Jeff's, der Elefant and U Szwejka. The restaurant in Jasna 24 will specialize in dishes from the Eastern regions of the Mediterranean, including Israeli and Lebanese cuisine.

Małgorzata Więcko, National Director, Property Management, JLL, comments: “The new restaurant will enrich Jasna 24's services offer, especially taking into account our Client’s great experience in running such establishments in Warsaw. We are sure that the restaurant will become an important meeting place for both employees of companies occupying space within the scheme and visitors from outside. This will be further encouraged by the location of the Jasna 24 office building in the very heart of Warsaw.”

Jasna 24 is an office building comprising five floors and offering 2,400 sq m of attractive office space and retail area on the building’s ground floor. A great advantage of Jasna 24 is its location in the city centre and in close proximity to numerous cultural and retail schemes as well as cafes and hotels. As the area is well-served by public transport – Świętokrzyska metro station and numerous bus and tram stops – the office building is easily accessible from all districts of Warsaw.

The owner of Jasna 24 is Tritax Polska No. 1 Fund Ltd. investment fund. International advisory firm JLL acts as the Asset Manager and Property Manager of real estate schemes from Tritax’s portfolio.
