Supply Technologies' first facility in Poland

Supply Technologies has leased around 1,275 sq m of warehouse space, including staff facilities, in the Alliance Silesia Logistics Center in Czeladź, Poland. Cushman & Wakefield, a leading global real estate services firm, represented the scheme’s developer Menard Doswell & Co. in this transaction.

Supply Technologies delivers parts and components for more than 100 industries, including the automotive sector, manufacturers of heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems and the high technology sector. It has more than 50 facilities in Europe, the Americas and Asia. Czeladź will be its first facility in Poland.

Alliance Silesia Logistics Center is a modern logistics centre providing 90,000 sq m of grade A warehouse space, designed for small, medium and large tenants from distribution and production sectors. It is located in the town of Czeladź in the heart of Upper Silesia, around just 10 km away from Katowice and near the S86 expressway (Katowice-Sosnowiec).

Supply Technologies will move into the Alliance Silesia Logistics Center in December 2014.

The nearby S1 expressway and the E75 road to Łódź and Toruń provide very good transport links to other regions of Poland.”

Menard Doswell & Co. has been involved in investment activities in Poland since '90s, successfully developing, leasing and managing modern logistics centres including the effective management of Alliance Silesia Logistics Center. The developer was named by tenants Warehouse Manager of the Year in Eurobuild Awards competition.

Menard Doswell & Co. intends to develop another distribution centre near Warsaw.
