Since 2013, TDJ Estate has run an active developer and real estate business. It specializes in the implementation of projects in the residential, office, logistic and land developing sectors.

A flagship investment of TDJ Estate is the .KTW office complex offering over 60,000 sqm of leasable area. The  offices .KTW create a new quality of space combining office, retail and public functions and is a part of the unique part of modernization process of the inner-city area.

TDJ Estate is currently carrying out construction works in several investments.
