Vastint Poland signed three lease agreements for the newly constructed parts of Business Garden Poznan

Vastint Poland signed three lease agreements for the newly constructed parts of Business Garden Poznan. In total, 3,710 m2 of office space was leased to Mexichen Shared Services Europe, UNUM Życie TUiR, and GSK, a pharmaceutical company. GSK has already been a tenant of the complex and is planning to develop its business services centre.

The newest office buildings constructed by Vastint Poland at Pastelowa Street in Poznan were granted the occupancy permit in January 2019. It is a complex comprising five office and retail buildings of 46,000 m2 of leasable space and a free-standing multi-level parking garage.

Magdalena Makuch, Leasing Manager Vastint Poland says: We are pleased that the Business Garden offer is still attractive for the current tenants and their development plans are invariably linked to our investment. We are certain that the office space together with the surrounding garden will provide a comfort working environment also for new tenants and will allow them to attract talents from the labour market.

Business Garden Poznan is a modern office complex which consists of nine class A office buildings with a total leasable area of 88,000 m2, located on a 6-hectare plot at Marcelińska, Bułgarska and Łubieńska street. The close proximity of the airport makes business travel simple, and the nearby bus stations and the modernized road system comprising the newly created streets: Kolorowa and Pastelowa, guarantees easy access to the complex for tenants’ employees. The complex is characterized by low buildings, a large share of green areas and a vast range of amenities adjusted to the tenants’ needs, such as a canteen, kindergarten, medical clinic and fitness club. Due to well-designed floor plans, Business Garden makes it possible to efficiently arrange office space and the scale of the project allows tenants to expand without changing the address.
