ISS addresses the needs of modern employers in the era of the hybrid work model by providing comprehensive support through the diverse competencies of their teams.

Karolina Whilde, Country Manager ISS Poland & Baltics, says:

"Michał and Norbert’s new roles are a significant step towards strengthening ISS’ concentrated efforts in Poland and Lithuania, and taking advantage of the opportunities offered by the developing market. This is our response to the challenges our clients face today. We approach the market with an ambitious value proposition of creating friendly and efficient workplaces, caring not only for the employee, but also for the office space as a whole – from analysis and support in decision-making through integrated facility services to fit out.

Technical services and capital projects are domains that boast a large potential as evidenced not only by our approach within ISS, but also by how our clients react to our projects. Over the past few years, we have shown the market solutions that can be introduced for people with disabilities and neurodiverse individuals, based on our own office implementations in Warsaw and Gdańsk, which have received record scores in the Mobility Mojo certification process, confirming their high standard of accessibility. Michał, in his new role as leader of the newly created department, will be key in developing our portfolio in this area. Simultaneously, with Norbert’s dedication, we will put into action new strategies and processes to deliver integrated facility services at an even higher level."

Michał Matejuk, with ISS for over twelve years, has extensive experience both operationally and strategically. He has been a long-term member of the Country Leadership Team. His competencies include project management, supply chain, work safety, and shaping the sustainable development agenda. He is a licensed property manager.

Norbert Ślusarczyk has been associated with the facility management industry for nearly 20 years. In his career, he was responsible for the development of comprehensive facility services. He joined ISS in 2022. He is a board member of the IFMA association.
