Jakub Kaleta, Process Officer Adaptive SAG - professional with over 2 years of experience in AP Logistics and OCR service. Expert in operating OCR system with hands-on experience in reporting and process improvements. Employer Brand Ambassador, a student at the University of Lodz, bachelor’s program in Economics. Fluent English speaker.
Agnieszka Baraś, Process Officers Adaptive SAG - professional with over 2 years of experience in BPO conglomerate of Accenture, where she had been engaged as Data Analyst, Quality Analyst, and Team Supervisor within Customer Service practice. She is a real professional traveler with great knowledge of five languages: Polish, English, Spanish, Portuguese and Italian. She has extensive experience in quality improvement.
Justyna Dusińska, Process Consultant Adaptive SAG - professional with over 14 years of experience in Infosys BPO Poland where she had been engaged as Accounting Associate, Transition Coordinator, Associate Consultant, Transition Lead, Solution Design Consultant and Takeda SCE where she worked as Accounts Payable Team Leader (Southern and Northern Europe) and Accounts Payable Deputy Manager. She is fluent in English, Spanish, and German.
Patrycja Szewczyk, Process Officers Adaptive SAG - over 2 years as a member of Student Scientific Club "SKN Stratolog". She is the coordinator of the "One in a Million" project. Student at the University of Lodz, Faculty of Management, finance and investment. Patrycja speaks English and German.
Ewa Stawicka, Process Officers Adaptive SAG - for 9 years, the owner of a company in the B2B sector, 0.5 years of experience as an independent copywriter, and additionally almost 3 years of experience in conducting training in the field of soft skills. Graduated from the University of Lodz, MA in management with a specialization in marketing. During studies at the university: Team Manager in the student research club "Personali" - organization of external training, preparation and service of conferences and fairs, marketing activities of the club.
Martyna Pietrzak, Process Officers Adaptive SAG - for 8 months of experience as an office assistant and for 4 months as Customer Consultant in Call Center. Graduate of the Medical University of Lodz, with a master’s degree in dietetics. Martyna speaks English and Spanish.
Agnieszka Sadowska - Janik, Project Manager/Senior Consultant Adaptive SAG - professional with over 8 years of experience in BPO and SSC sectors. Expert in Project and People management. Experienced in end-to-end transition, tools implementation, LEAN, process automation, optimization and harmonization. Graduate of the University of Lodz, M. of Biology, post-graduate in Coaching and Mentoring, holds a certificate of International Coach Federation – CoachWise. Agnieszka speaks fluent English.
