Szymon Stadnik becomes the CEO of ITELENCE. The company plans to employ over 200 specialists in Poland in the next 3 years.
Szymon Stadnik, an experienced executive specializing in outsourcing, nearshoring and digital transformation, becomes CEO of the Polish BPO ITELENCE.
Szymon has broad knowledge in the field of business transformation and outsourcing as well as extensive experience in managing international teams. He has helped numerous corporations from DACH region and USA to generate savings up to several million dollars per year by centralizing, standardizing, and moving their back-office processes to Poland. He co-founded and built 300+ person BPO of the Swiss group FRISTA, providing services in the field of finance and accounting, business analytics and business intelligence, IT and HR. He has built an e-commerce and SAP competence centers for several clients. Previously, for the European group Tally Weijl, operating in 30 countries, he built from scratch a shared service center in Warsaw. Formerly an auditor in KPMG, he also has many years of experience in the role of a CFO for Eastern Europe. He is a chartered accountant and an ACCA Member.
