Backbase expands presence in High5ive, Cracow
Dutch fintech solutions provider Backbase, known for creating the Engagement Banking Platform and guiding banks through their modernization journey, is growing its presence in Cracow’s High5ive office complex. With the help of Walter Herz, the company finalized lease negotiations and selected architectural studio and fit-out contractor.
The expansion, slated for completion between April and May this year, involves a redesign of Backbase’s Polish headquarters in the High5ive 4 office building, resulting in an occupation space exceeding 1,000 sq m.
Dagmara Bocoń, General Manager Poland at Backbase, expressed:
We’re focusing on implementing the company's strategic expansion plan in Poland. The decision to expand and revamp our office is driven by the desire to enhance our service quality, foster stronger partnerships, and create optimal conditions for collaborations with customers.
Dagmara Bocoń also highlighted the benefits of the High5ive location, emphasizing its central position, superior standard of space, cutting-edge technology, and the overall infrastructure of the complex.

High5ive is a complex of five office buildings, built by Skanska, located in the very center of Cracow. The complex, totaling approximately 70,000 sq m, stands out with unique facades and offers a vibrant work environment.
