Chillispaces.com expands in Galileo

Polish flexible office operator Chillispaces.com has decided to stay on in GTC’s Galileo building in Krakow and to expand its office footprint to 2,555 sq m. The tenant was advised during the lease transaction process by real estate advisory firm Savills.

Following the expansion, Chillispaces.com will have more than 303 desks in Galileo available to companies looking to lease office space on flexible conditions.

“Krakow is a key market for us as we already have eight locations here. Our office in Galileo has seen high levels of demand for a long time and now, as a result of taking another 1,100 sq m, it can be accessed by more clients,” says Katarzyna Augustyn, Chief Marketing Officer, Rise.pl.

Chillispaces.com is a brand offering flex serviced offices. Co-founded on the Krakow market by Rise.pl, it has already built a portfolio of 13 locations with a total area of 26,500 sq m throughout Poland.

Galileo, which is home to Chillispaces.com, is part of the GTC Business Complex, comprising four distinctive buildings located at ul. Armii Krajowej 18 in Krakow and offering a total of 38,250 sq m of office space. The complex has recently seen completion of refurbishment works which included the creation of green chill-out zones hosting various events such as a summer cinema for tenants. It also enjoys access to Krakow airport, the A4 motorway and convenient transport links to the city centre.
