Colliers International supports Green Caffe Nero

Green Caffe Nero has leased over 220 sqm. in the ASTORIA Premium Offices in Warsaw which is being constructed by STRABAG Real Estate. The new café will start to operate in the middle of this year once the project is delivered to the market. The transaction was brokered by Colliers International, which supports the development of Green Caffe Nero by searching for new locations and negotiating the terms of lease agreements.

“The opening of ASTORIA - together with the reconstruction of the legendary Smyk - completely changes the previously heavily neglected, and yet one of the most beautiful and best preserved parts of downtown. It will be a positive change for the city. We could not miss this location,” said Adam Ringer, Green Caffe Nero.

Green Caffe Nero coffee shops are located on the main high streets, in the best shopping centres and office buildings, the list of which will soon include ASTORIA.

“The owner of ASTORIA decided to locate Green Caffe Nero in one of the most prestigious places within the building. The café will have a unique character because of its location in a two-level, glassed rotunda viewed from the Zgoda and Przeskok streets. Another distinguishing feature and advantage of the café in ASTORIA will be the largest in Warsaw outer table zone with an area of about 100 square meters.,” said Anna Radecka, Associate Director at the Retail Agency of Colliers International.

ASTORIA Premium Offices is a prestigious project situated in the very heart of Warsaw. The location provides tenants easy access to various means of transport including metro line and SKM station. The building will offer nearly 16,800 sqm of Class A office space, 1,400 sqm of retail space and parking spaces in the building available to tenants. The project is being developed in accordance with the principles of sustainable development and the requirements of LEED Gold certification system. The architectural project of ASTORIA Premium Offices was prepared by Epstein. The general contractor of the investment is STRABAG Sp. o.o., one of the leading development companies in Austria, Germany and Europe.
