ITRA Polska advises Puzzle Office - new office space will open in Norblin Factory
Puzzle Office is a new serviced offices operator and a new place on the office map of Warsaw. Located in the prestigious, modern complex of Fabryka Norblina, Puzzle Office offers nearly 3,900 sqm of Class A space for lease on a single floor. ITRA Polska advised on the location selection and transaction process.
The new office space combines the industrial character of Fabryka Norblina with the highest standards of a Class A office building. The building housing Puzzle Office has received BREEAM certification at the Excellent level and is equipped with a range of environmentally friendly solutions (including a photovoltaic installation, a closed-loop plastic system, and an intelligent lighting control system). Complementing the high standard of Puzzle Office's multifunctional space is the use of natural, high-quality materials for interior finishes, solutions ensuring acoustic comfort (such as acoustic screens, panels, and baffles), and ergonomic equipment for over 450 workstations.
Care for employee well-being is also integrated into the spatial organization concept, with Puzzle Office dividing the area into zones for focused work, teamwork, and relaxation surrounded by greenery. Employees have access to, among other amenities: team meeting rooms, phone booths of various sizes, 21 conference rooms, and a terrace.
