JLL claimed seven awards during this year’s Eurobuild Awards event

A jury, consisting of the most respected experts in the real estate industry, recognized JLL for its excellent results and the professionalism of the company’s team of advisors.

JLL's awards included Investment Agency Team of the Year, Retail Agency Team of the Year, Warehouse Agency Team of the Year and Property Management Company of the Year. Representatives from JLL also received tenant awards for Office Property Manager of the Year (Rondo 1 and Zebra Tower office schemes). Furthermore, the Charity Real Estate Beach Volleyball Tournament - the flagship event organized by JLL - was recognized as the Outstanding Non-Business Achievement when votes were cast during the event by the invited audience.

The Eurobuild Awards ceremony, organized by Eurobuild CEE, is a unique initiative with the goal of highlighting the sector's leaders as well as summarizing the whole business year, defining trends and promoting the dynamically developing real estate market in both Poland and Central and Eastern Europe. The awards are based on votes cast by a jury consisting of investors, developers and advisors. Auditors from KPMG oversaw the entire voting process. Over 800 representatives from all leading companies involved in the real estate industry in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe attended this year's event.
