Modern office solutions in the V Tower showroom: a project implemented by ISS

ISS, a leading workplace and facility management company, has been selected to carry out comprehensive work related to the construction of an office showroom as part of the V Tower revitalization project. The exhibition area, with an area of 240 sq m, located on the 11th floor, will be an example of the modern and functional office space available in the revitalised building on Chmielna Street in Warsaw.

The showroom is part of the V Tower revitalisation project conducted by Cornerstone Investment Management. The project is crucial for potential tenants, allowing the presentation of modern and functional office space available within the revitalised building. This entails: a reception desk, a conference room, an open space area with a telephone booth, a creative workspace, and an office room.

The interior design works are carried out by the ISS technical team. The implementation takes place in a self-delivery model, which ensures full coordination of all work and control over the entire project, as well as a quick response to any challenges. The interior concepts were developed by the APA Wojciechowski studio, known for its creative approach to design.

Łukasz Żbikowski, Head of Projects at ISS, emphasizes:

Customers will be able to experience the unique atmosphere of a modern office space in a well-designed and equipped exhibition area even before the official opening of the building for tenants. This is an opportunity to see how innovative solutions fit into the office space, including: the reception, a well-equipped conference room, and an open space designed to strengthen cooperation between team members.”

The showroom will be made available to clients in the second quarter of this year. Meanwhile, the first tenants will be able to move into their offices in V Tower at the beginning of 2025.

V Tower is a brand refresh of one of the most recognizable office buildings in Warsaw, previously known as Warta Tower – a 21-storey skyscraper with an area of 33,700 sq m. As part of the ongoing modernisation, led by Cornerstone Investment Management, the property will be equipped with the most modern systems and solutions, meeting the highest standards of ecological and technological certification in contemporary norms. The modernisation project will also include the renovation of green courtyards, the addition of small architecture, and the design of modern and attractive relaxation zones.

The building offers numerous amenities that meet the current expectations of tenants, such as attractive common areas, a large service and commercial space, green courtyards, and about 500 parking spaces.
