Tetra Pak to be next tenant at Lakeside

Tetra Pak, a global leader in food processing and packaging industry, has leased approximately 1,200 sqm. of space in Warsaw's most exciting office property. Lakeside, ATENOR's first development in the capital, received its occupancy permit last October, and in the coming months will become the headquarters for companies in the medical, energy and IT industries. JLL Poland is responsible for the exclusive commercialisation of the building.

Tetra Pak is a leading global provider of food and beverage processing and packaging solutions. Hailing from Sweden, the company employs nearly 24,000 people in 160 countries around the world, including Poland. On 1 June 2024, the company relocated its Warsaw headquarters to Lakeside, where it occupies approximately 1,200 sqm of office space.

- We are not slowing down in our work to commercialise Lakeside. Despite the huge success of the announced 80 per cent occupancy rate, we are still vigorously trying to attract more tenants. We are therefore delighted that we can already announce that another world-class company has moved into the office building. Lakeside is already home to companies such as Lux Med, Polenergia Group, Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) and Bonduelle Poland. Located in Mokotów, the office building attracts top-rate tenants, offering a favourable location, a range of future amenities, including a food court with a café, extensive facilities for cyclists as well as charging stations for cars, bicycles and electric scooters, and an exceptional view of the neighbouring park and lake. It is a state-of-the-art development offering 23,834 sqm of high-standard office space. Group 5 Architects was responsible for the architectural design of the office building, while construction company PORR was the general contractor.

The Lakeside office building, close to a University of Warsaw faculty, is located at 2, Szturmowa Stret 2, and is distinguished by its excellent location, delighting tenants both with its exceptional view of the green park and lake. The location is also well-served by public transport. Służew and Wilanowska metro stations along with a number of bus and tram lines are in close proximity, meaning that other city districts and  Chopin Airport are within easy reach.

At Lakeside, nature is close at hand, not only in the adjacent park, but also inside the building, with every corner filled with greenery. The office building is distinguished by a space that is as modern as it is ecological. The investment has been carried out with the utmost care and quality in matters of sustainability throughout the project process. Because of its concern for the environment, ATENOR took the opportunity to reduce its carbon footprint during construction by using renewable energy sources. Its green credentials are illustrated by the fact that the building has already been awarded a BREEAM certificate, at the highest level of ‘Outstanding’, and a WELL certificate at the ‘Gold’ level, during the construction phase.
