Launching of the Second Edition of Walter Herz’s Tenant Academy

Following the success of last year's inaugural session, the first Polish Tenant Academy created by Walter Herz consulting company, launches another series of seminars

Tenant Academy, which offers free stationary training for tenants of commercial space from all over the country, is inviting everybody to a new edition of meetings. The subject of this year's lectures is similar to last year’s meetings and will cover the most important issues for tenants.

The first panel, which will take place on June 20th to Business Link HighFive in Cracow, will be devoted to the issue of incentive packages used by commercial space landlords.

-The seminars will present the process of negotiating lease conditions and discussing types of offered incentives . Participants will find out what discounts tenants can count on, in what forms discounts and bonuses are usually proposed, as well as how to choose the best option in specific situations – informs Mateusz Strzelecki, Partner at Walter Herz.

During the subsequent lectures, which are planned in the following months, various aspects related to the legal part of lease agreements and professional service in this area will be discussed. What is more, the experts will present the use of changing the company's headquarters to restructure its administrative procedures and organization of work.

Seminars in the form of practical workshops will be run by advisors associated with the commercial real estate market for many years, lawyers from reputable law firms and experts specializing in creating effective administration for companies, as well as fit-out specialists.

Tenant Academy is a completely innovative project of Walter Herz consulting company, the first such undertaking organized on a national scale. Last year's edition of lectures, which took place in Warsaw, Bydgoszcz, as well as at the Economic Forum in Karpacz and Gdańsk, has brought Academy recognition among the participants. The trainings were attended by, among others, about 110 individuals from companies employing over 10 thousand people in Poland. The organizers are happy to announce that the series of seminars launched this year together with partners and in cooperation with the city authorities meets with similar interest as the last year's session.
