The British law firm Clyde & Co has commenced operations in Poland and established its office in the V Tower building at Chmielna Street in Warsaw. The law firm has already acquired space on the 10th floor of the building, which Cornerstone Investment Management is renovating.

Signing the lease agreement with Clyde & Co is a significant step for V Tower investors, who are making every effort to ensure that the building meets the highest expectations of tenants, providing them with excellent conditions and a comfortable working environment.

The agreement with Clyde & Co, which is commencing its operations in Poland, is evidence of the ongoing interest in the V Tower building. It also confirms the validity of our strategy, which is based on the project’s revitalisation. Work on modernising the building will, of course, continue, directly enhancing the attractiveness of the rental space offered, says Przemysław Pikus, Partner at Cornerstone Investment Management.

The opening of the Warsaw office is a very important stage in Clyde & Co's international expansion. Established in 1933, the law firm employs over 5,000 people in more than 60 offices and branches on six continents. Choosing a prestigious location and a building with comprehensive amenities for tenants was a key criterion for the law firm during the decision-making process regarding the new office.

V Tower is a 21-story tower with a surface area of 33,700 sqm located in Warsaw’s Central Business District. The structure allows for flexible space arrangement, and extensive glazing ensures excellent interior lighting with natural light.

The building consists of a tower section and a podium, serviced by four additional, separate receptions that can be dedicated exclusively to tenants. This solution offers many possibilities for companies seeking their lobby.
