Xperi Is Skyliner’s Newest Tenant

Karimpol Group’s flagship office building, Skyliner in Warsaw, has a new tenant. The US technology giant Xperi will move into the skyscraper at Daszyńskiego Roundabout. The company will occupy nearly 3,000 sq. m of space in Skyliner.

Xperi is a leading US provider of software for consumer electronics, state-of-the-art cars, and online movie and programme viewing platforms. The new office space will be home to employees developing products for brands such as TiVo, HD Radio, DTS, IMAX Enhanced, and Vewd. The corporation will occupy the fifth and sixth floors of Skyliner, totalling almost 3,000 sq. m. Xperi will move to the office building in Wola from Mokotów.

We are counting on the location of the new office in Skyliner to increase the working comfort of our engineers and attract further leading industry professionals. Our current and future employees will benefit from the move to the vibrant heart of Warsaw’s business district, easily accessible by multiple means of public transport, and they will have the highest quality office solutions at their disposal, said Sebastian Baberowski, Vice President and Country Manager of Xperi Corporation.

We are delighted that Xperi is joining Skyliner’s family of tenants and we look forward to the challenge of creating the best possible working environment for their team. We are focused on providing solutions of high quality and modern design. We have implemented a range of green innovations in our building that benefit us all: we are minimising our carbon footprint while reducing operating costs for our tenants. In addition, the expansion of the Skyliner complex with a second tower will allow our tenants to develop their businesses, whatever their preferred office model, said Szymon Zduńczyk, Management Board Member and Managing Director at Karimpol Polska.

The tenant was represented in the lease by JLL and the building’s owner by CBRE.
