We are currently looking for HR & Payroll Specialist, Poland.

Your responsibilities

  • Recording daily activities, 
  • Entering data into the human resources and payroll system, 
  • Serving medium to large size clients, 
  • Supervision and knowledge support in the area of HR and Payroll for Junior Specialists,
  • Administrators and Junior HR and Payroll Administrators, 
  • Payroll calculation and control for clients, 
  • Identifying errors or missing documents provided by the Client, 
  • Preparation of correspondence regarding payroll and HR matters to clients and authorities, 
  • Ensuring that all formalities are submitted on time and accurately to the appropriate Polish authorities (ZUS, PIT, PFRON, GUS), 
  • Generating pay slips and annual tax returns for clients, 
  • Preparation of transfer files, 
  • Current maintenance of personnel files (establishment / completion / storage) in accordance with applicable regulations, 
  • Participation in audits and inspections.

Our requirements

  • Has experience in a similar position - min. 2-3 years,  
  • Is able to use MS Excel - advanced level, 
  • He speaks English on an intermediate and advanced level, 
  • Higher economic education - finance, accounting, management, HR, 
  • High communication skills (spoken and written), 
  • Open to working with different systems (including Enova365), 
  • Has good organization of working time.
