Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join Softwareact. The selected candidate will have the responsibility of examining business requirements and objectives, pinpointing, and documenting the necessary requirements, and effectively conveying these requirements to the development teams.

Salary

• 17 – 22 k + VAT PLN on B2B Contract

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business and functional requirements and propose solutions for building efficient IT systems.
• Collaborate with development teams, architects, project managers, and quality engineers to support the development of high-quality IT systems.
• Identify opportunities to help clients and communicate with all parties involved in the IT delivery process.
• Assist with the development and maintenance of project documentation, including business requirements and use cases.
• Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Identify and manage project risks, and act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure requirements are implemented correctly.
• Assist in the development of project plans and participate in project retrospectives to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Communicate effectively with various levels of an organization.
• Contribute to the implementation and technical team, and assist with end-user training materials.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a business analyst in the IT industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrates a professional work ethic and takes responsibility for ensuring client satisfaction
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar position in software development lifecycle-related roles such as Product Owner or Project Manager.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Experience with requirements management tools, such as JIRA or ASANA.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field will be a plus.
