We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join Softwareact’s team. In this role, you will collect, examine, and understand significant amounts of data to aid in business decision-making. You will collaborate with various departments to recognize patterns, trends, and insights that can shape business planning.

Salary

  • 10-15 k + VAT PLN on B2B Contract

Responsibilities:

  • Collect, process, and perform statistical analysis on large data sets
  • Create and maintain databases to store data for analysis
  • Create visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights and findings to stakeholders
  • Develop and implement data-driven solutions to support business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and drive data-informed decision making
  • Assist other teams in their analysis needs and provide them with data requests
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and technologies in data analysis

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, economics)
  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI)
  • Experience with statistical analysis and machine learning techniques
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

 

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of Python

 

Languages:

  • English – Fluent in Speaking and Writing
