We are looking for energetic professional to join our team of professionals as Recruiter

The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. We provide flexible working hours and the possibility of remote work in (50:50) split for the first 3 months during the trial period.

Salary

  • Contract of mandate: 4000 – 6000 PLN Gross
  • B2B contract: 4500 – 6000 PLN + VAT B2B

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
  • Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
  • Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
  • Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
  • Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails

Qualifications

  • Min 1 year of experience in IT
  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office and Google suite
  • High-energy and passion
  • Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
  • Experience with technologies to discuss projects with candidates

Nice to have:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Practical knowledge of the IT market and the most popular technologies
  • Knowledge of polish labor law

Languages

  • Polish – mandatory
  • English – mandatory – fluency in speaking and writing
  • Ukrainian - nice to have – fluency in speaking and writing
