I just wanted to let you know about the shared services and outsourcing in central and eastern Europe information available on the event's website:
Firstly, there is a podcast interview with Neill Ginn, Global Shared Services Finance Manager at Kodak, who joined SSON to discuss Shared Services in Eastern Europe, looking specifically at strategy, value and growth.
Another interesting podcast interview has been conducted with Tony Roberts-York, CEO of the Poland Service Centre, UBS, who talks about attrition rates and how to achieve rates below 10% in the Central and Eastern European region.
Strategies, value, growth and attrition rates and many other hot topics regarding the CEE region will also be discussed at the Shared Services & Outsourcing: Central & Eastern Europe AGM 2011. At the event, leading experts and progressive thought leaders in shared services and outsourcing will gather for two days of networking, benchmarking and information exchange.
